Perfect Food for Carb Diet
Diet does not seem to be an occasional food eating habit any longer, but it becomes the part of society’s lifestyle. People who want to lose weight will definitely have a diet. Meat is allowed to be consumed in this weight loss method. However, we should remember to give a limitation to our meat portion and never consume one with fat. Meat is a perfect protein source that will replace the carb function to give energy. We might think that cheese will only make us fat. Surprisingly, cheese is one of the recommended foods for carb diet. Parmesan, Munster, camembert, and cheddar are cheese types that contain 0 carb, so it can be consumed in our diet. Dairy products, especially egg can be a good choice as well. Egg and butter are safe food for our carb diet. For the fruit and vegetables, we can choose all vegetables and fruits that suits for salad because those types of fruit and vegetables does not contain so much fiber. Salad will not be delicious without dressing and no better and healthier dressing that any type of blue cheese. The oil we use to cook can be so unhealthy. Therefore, make sure that we only use olive oil or peanut oil.
It is said that breakfast is the pillar of our activities in a day. In our carb diet, we can cut the portion of our food, but not with our breakfast. Since it has crucial role, then we should pay more attention to our breakfast. In no carb weight loss plan, we can choose all whole grain products, cereal with high fiber, yogurt, non fibrous fruits, oatmeal, dried prunes or apricot, and skim milk.
