Sleep for a while
Sleep soundly 30 minutes during the day can give freshness after awakening with a value equal to 1 hour to sleep soundly at night. But if more than 30 minutes (1 hour or more), you end up feeling exhausted.
To fall asleep we must calm down; human body temperature & the brain’s sleep & wake cycle are closely linked. That’s why hot summer nights can make a restless sleep. The blood run mechanism that move core body heat to the skin forms best ‘tween 18 & 30 degrees. But later on in life, the comfort zone shrinks to ‘tween 23 and 25 degrees – one reason why old individuals have more rest disorders.
The Fact:
It is naturally based on our body clock (our custom), metabolic process (the body’s systems work, including energy production) during the day go faster than the night. This is due to activities during the day requires more energy at night appeal.
Sleep in a decrease in metabolic rate due to acceleration of the body in a state of rest. In the first half hour we sleep in the daytime decreased metabolism acceleration not much, so the effect was fresh when we wake up, even equivalent to 1 hour when you sleep at night. Because at night the body’s metabolic rate in a state of slow, while in the first half hour we sleep during the day, your metabolism speeds are faster and produce more energy than the evening, so we feel more refreshed.
But when we go to bed until 1 hour or more during the day, the body accelerates metabolism decreased more sharply because the body thinks that we are not going to move again. By the time we wake up we become very tired. This is because the amount of energy produced fewer metabolism due to decreased acceleration, while the need for more.
Whereas when we sleep enough at night, on waking in the morning we will feel more refreshed body metabolism caused automatically by the body clock (our custom) will increase the acceleration at the time the sun was rising.
